Workshop Introduction
This immersive healing workshop is designed to guide participants through a layered journey of inner restoration, energetic cleansing, and deep relaxation. We begin with a 30-minute Heart Healing Meditation, a practice that supports emotional balance, softens tension in the chest and nervous system, and helps create a sense of safety and openness before moving into deeper work.
The session continues with 1 hour of Trataka Healing, a traditional yogic meditation focused on steady gazing. Trataka involves gently fixing the eyes on a single point—often a candle flame—to calm the mind, enhance concentration, clear mental clutter, and activate the body’s natural self-healing response. This technique is known to support emotional regulation, improve inner focus, and stimulate subtle energetic purification through the eyes and the mind.
