During prolonged Sound Bath sessions, true relaxation and heling happens. You can bring your inflatable single mattress, pillow and blanket. Yoga mats, cuxions and blankets provided. Eye cover is also recomended. It is recomended not to be under any influence of uppers or downers, small coffee prior to the session is allowed. Bring water :)
